Modern machinery that enables to produce bottles of high quality and unique design is used for making PolyflexTM bottles.
 
Brief characteristics of the machinery:


Extrusion blown machine

– Is used for special-purpose production of polycarbone bottles for drinking water and other containers (including jerricans), shades for lampposts, automobile spare parts, other cored products made of various plastics.

– Work with polycarbonate (PC), polyethilen (PE), polypropylene (PP) and some other polymers is possible.


represents one-screwed machine of horizontal type
 
- Is used for termoplastic forms production
- Compatible with all basic polymers: PET, PBT, PMMA, POM, PP, PS, PC etc.
 
Can produce articles of various complexity to a high degree of accuracy, of high consistency or with inserted elements into plastic articles.
